Home Visiting
Raising a child comes with a lot of questions—and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. Our free home visiting program is open to all families in Nemaha County—regardless of income, immigration status, or background. Whether you’re pregnant, a new parent, or caring for young children, we’re here to support you.

Through regular visits, a trained professional will come to your home to offer guidance, encouragement, and personalized resources to help your child grow up safe, healthy, and strong. We can talk about things like child development, feeding and sleep routines, safety tips, parenting support, emotional well-being, and connecting you to local programs. You’ll also receive free essential baby supplies with each visit. Families who complete all three visits are eligible for a free car seat.

This program is designed to meet your family’s unique needs—judgment-free, stress-free, and cost-free. Call 785-284-2152 or visit https://bit.ly/NCCHS_Info to schedule a visit or learn more.
You don’t have to be a first-time parent. You don’t have to meet any income requirements. And you don’t have to be a U.S. citizen—just live in Nemaha County and want extra support for your growing family.
